It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address is correct and that there is a person available to sign for the parcel in the event of Next Day Delivery (failed deliveries will require you to re-arrange your delivery using the details on the while you were out card, left by the courier). Please also note that we are unable to deliver to any address other than the delivery address given while placing the order.

What happens once you've placed your order

1. Orders placed before 1pm Monday - Friday will be dispatched same day. Orders placed after 1pm Monday - Friday will be dispatched next day. Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched Monday. Dispatch times are subject to stock availability.
2. An email will be sent informing you of an approximate dispatch date if any item(s) were temporarily unavailable at time of ordering, by the end of the next working day at the latest. A cancellation option is available if the approximate dispatch date is inconvenient.
3. Any orders consisting of temporarily unavailable items will only be dispatched when all items are in stock. If you wish to receive the remaining items separately, you will be charged a postage fee, as this is not included in  our "free delivery on UK orders over £15" policy. Please contact us if you wish to arrange this.
4. When your order is complete you will receive an invoice via email informing you that your goods have been dispatched.
